About Jeremy

Jeremy Allen is steeped in Realty. As a child his free time was either spent on a construction site with his grandfather, in a real estate office with his Dad, in the bank with his Mom…or at home drawing houses. All of which taught him various aspects of Real Estate and design.

He holds a BA and MA from Western Kentucky University, 7 years of marketing experience with Gannett U.S. Community Publishing, as well as years of consulting on design and do-it-yourself projects for clients. Educating his clients through the entire buying or selling process is something he prides himself on and strives for the highest level of service. He specializes in assisting investor clients build their Real Estate portfolios and can help you achieve your goals no matter how big or small.

He is committed to working hard to help achieve your goals. When listing a home he is happy to help in the home staging process including painting, organizing, and cleaning. His Old Louisville home was featured in the Voice Tribune as Home of the Week, January 2012. His creativity is wide ranging and he's not afraid to try something new or think outside the box.
